From conception to the finished article.
Normally we start by discussing your requirements and talk through the different options available to complete your project. We can advise on the most suitable fabrics, clothing, styles, colours and finishes and we can embroider your own product or help you choose the most suitable from our range of suppliers. When we have a clear idea of your requirements we provide a quotation.
If you have your own custom design we need to evaluate it before we can provide a quotation
Images and type are composed to create the design.
Artwork is expertly digitised and optimised for embroidery.
Your design must be digitised to convert it into individual stitches and thread colours. This process results in a program which can be used to control the computerised embroidery machines.
Initial run and sample copies are made for approval and payment is due
Completion date is scheduled and final order is completed to your satisfaction
